What condition are the books in?

We source clean, gently pre-loved paperbacks. Every copy is inspected by hand to guarantee tight spines, clean pages, and excellent reading condition—no heavily damaged or ex-library copies. Giving pre-owned books a second home keeps great stories in circulation sustainably.

When will my parcel arrive?

To give Halena time to curate and hand-wrap each package, monthly member parcels are dispatched together on the 1st of every month via standard Royal Mail. If you order a one-off gift parcel, it is prepared and posted within 2–3 working days.

Can I pause, skip, or cancel?

Yes. You receive a direct customer portal link where you can change your address, pause renewals for a month, or cancel anytime with one click—zero friction.
